Cable TV, a DVD player and a usable washer and dryer make the house as comfortable as your favorite pair of slippers. This was the personal home of CoCo View's founders, Bill and Evelyn Evans, and is exceptionally well built, beautifully appointed, and lovingly maintained by its current owner. Although the vaulted ceiling and open-air design with rooms encircling a central atrium makes air conditioning rarely necessary, the master bedroom of this stunning island style house has recently been fitted with a mini-split air conditioner.
