This was the personal home of CoCo View's founders, Bill and Evelyn Evans, and is exceptionally well built, beautifully appointed, and lovingly maintained by its current owner. This stunning island style house is not air conditioned. Due to its vaulted ceiling and open-air design with rooms encircling a central atrium, AC is not necessary. It catches every sea breeze and and has its own fan club of repeat guests that consistently rate their stay here as a five star experience.
